Via Christi Health is a Catholic charity health organization that owns and operates multiple hospitals in the Wichita, Kansas metro area.

Before implementing the HEMI integration system, it typically took us 6 to 8 months just to get a project signed, have the interface built, and then begin the testing phase. It was a slow and resource-intensive process.

Since adopting the HEMI integration tool, the difference has been dramatic. We’re now able to build an interface within approximately 2 weeks and begin the testing phase immediately after. This has significantly accelerated our project timelines and allowed us to deliver faster, more reliable results.

One of the major factors that influenced our decision to switch to eTransX was its combination of hardware and software support. With eTransX, we own and operate the system internally, rather than relying on third-party vendors to build and maintain interfaces. This level of control has made our operations more efficient and cost-effective.

My favorite feature of the eTransX HEMI product is the built-in scripts and transformation tools found within the mapping interface. The ability to quickly modify and transform data “on the fly” using these tools makes it incredibly fast and easy to resolve issues that arise during interface development. It’s a powerful feature that streamlines problem-solving and speeds up implementation.

Working with the eTransX support team has been an excellent experience. Their response time is rapid, and they consistently deliver solutions—even for some of the more complex scripting needs we’ve presented. They’ve met every challenge with professionalism and technical expertise.

Overall, I would say that eTransX is an extremely valuable asset for any healthcare organization looking to connect quickly and effectively with doctor’s offices, hospitals, and laboratories. For anyone aiming to expand into healthcare interfacing, eTransX is a highly reliable and efficient tool.
