It serves as a branded, publicly accessible social services portal where anyone in a community can search for local resources without needing to log in, call an office, or navigate a complicated system.
Housing assistance, employment support, food programs, transportation, behavioral health, substance use recovery services, healthcare resources, and other community services are all searchable in one place through an easy-to-use community resource directory software experience.
Unlike a static resource list or a one-way referral system, myWellbeingDirectory is action-oriented. When a person submits a request, a new client record is automatically created in WCC and routed to the appropriate care manager.
