A Simple, yet Powerful Technology for Real-time, Integrated Business Management Intelligence
Speaker: P. Mohan, P.E., President and CEO of eTransX, Inc.
Avenue: Volpe Center, U.S.Department of Transportation for Client-Sponsored
Training User's Group (CTUG)
Many organizations spend millions of dollars implementing large systems such
as Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and
Supply Chain Management to collect, organize and report large amounts of data.
The goal is to implement an effective and easy to use tool to analyze and convert
these data into reports that can present summary statistics that are easily
accessible to decision-makers for running their businesses more efficiently.
Unfortunately, these goals are not always fulfilled due to the inherent technical
and other business challenges in integrating disparate systems to provide realtime
visibility to the relevant data that will eventually be converted to information
and intelligence.
Though there are many technologies and tools available in the market for
integration and business intelligence, implementing them usually is a daunting
task for most organizations. Due to this reason, these organizations do not take
on integration and business intelligence projects unless forced by the market
drivers. eTransX will present a compelling argument as to why organizations
should take on these projects to improve efficiency, productivity, profitability and
customer service. eTransX will demonstrate its simple, yet powerful application
integration and business intelligence technologies to provide a real-time,
integrated business management intelligence solution such as Key Performance
Indicator (KPI) Executive Dashboard.
