P. Mohan

Mr. Mohan has over 19 years experience in the fields of information systems, integration and engineering. Prior to founding eTransX, he was a vice president with URS Corporation, a $3 billion dollar engineering and systems firm, responsible for developing new clients and managing a team of professionals. His technical and management experience spans all aspects of system and application integration, information system design and implementation, and project management for various commercial (Healthcare, Call Center, Technology) and industrial (Chemical plants, Refineries) enterprises. He currently helps many Fortune 1000 companies with technical and strategic IT issues such as enterprise application integration, security, and business intelligence. He holds a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Canada and Master's degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University.

Douglas Barclay

Mr. Barclay is a forty years Army veteran with NATO and industry experience in Program Management, Logistics Systems Development and Simulation, Production Engineering, Systems Analysis and Integrated Databases. Mr. Barclay has extensive Program Management experience. He was the Honor Graduate from the Defense Systems Management College. And has had successively more challenging assignments from Engineer with Program Manager for Selected Ammunition to Assistant Program Manager for Logistics of the Pershing Missile System. As the Program Manager for Test Measurement and Diagnostic Systems, Mr. Barclay managed over 144 personnel with multiple systems in all phases of the Life Cycle Management Model. His experiences with Budgeting, Systems Analysis, Logistics, Configuration Management, Test and Engineering have made him a consummate Program Management Expert. He has experience in both small and large systems that were developed and fielded the multiple customers. Mr. Barclay's unique experience with both Management and Engineering degrees at the masters degree level have allowed him to combine technical expertise with management expertise to provide a complete program management capability.

Sekar Vadivel

Mr. Vadivel has more than 14 years of experience in computer applications and programming. Mr. Vadivel has extensive experience in identifying potential candidates, recruiting and managing consultants for projects for commercial clients. Prior to joining eTransX, Mr. Vadivel was teaching Computer applications in a University. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and Engineering and Bachelors in Educations.
